-All slots are full-
1.
[link] - It's a mid-air battle scene. What more can I say? Oh, the colors are cool.
[link] - FMKLJDGKJCOLORRRRRRRRSSSS! I was looking at a full rainbow today, and was tempted to try and catch the end of it...
[link] - One of the few gray pictures in her gallery...it feels dark, so I really had to feature it.
2.
[link] - Something about this is so cool. Maybe it's the words melting with the robe. I dunno.
[link] - Calm and blue with nice detail.
[link] - So many little details, lol. I had a character with that specific shade of green hair a long time ago. Smoking is bad for you!
3.
[link] - He should finish this story excerpt. I'm curious about these characters.
[link] - Oh wow, shiny fractal! Oooh.
[link] - D'awwww.
4.
[link] - Suffering DOES equal art. I love surrealism. Wow. Hope everything turned out well?
[link] - Nice little animation here. Heheh. I do love that tail-pulling motion.
[link] - What can I say, really? Simply. There. Nice headshot.
5.
[link] - Check this story out! This and her pics of her "lions of Gir forest".
[link] - omg penguin
[link] - Look at those stripes, that's awesome. Who doesn't love zebra stripes?
6.
[link] - Great, detailed shading and pose. I like the '
[link] - The background colors make this picture. What a calming color gradient. And again...I like the shading style. Huh, I never thought of shading that way. (Extra points for painted nails, XD)
[link] - The tilted frame grabbed me here. Haha. What a typical canine expression. LOLOMGCANDYLOL!!!!!!111 The numerous, non-matching square shapes kinda give it all a slightly crazy feel.
7.
[link] - A tribute to the one and only Sith Lord! The black-and-white comic look gives him such a classic villain air. Not to mention the decisive "you're dead" glare he's giving you.
[link] - The colors lend themselves nicely to giving this snarling cat a cold edge. Look at the eyes: this is a wild animal. A PISSED wild animal.
[link] - The fin textures are nice and the background colors create a ominous stormy atmosphere which makes for another "don't mess with me" picture. What an evil face. It's good for a picture made in Sketcher, too.
8.
[link] - Impressive and gritty. The short pen strokes, especially on the fangs gives it a sort of manga-style motion blur. It looks like a sort of demonic snake strike. I bet that mane took a long time to fill in.
[link] - Ahh, I remember watching Gundam Wing all the time years ago...even though his picture is actually a mecha from Gundam Seed, it still brings up memories. What awesome detailing! I couldn't draw this if my life depended on it...I just can't imagine drawing complicated machines like this...what a cool pose, even though it's simple it just looks so badass. You should check out his other Gundam art.
[link] - I have a thing for shiny glowy pictures such as this. It's just so pretty, with its shiny blue mistiness and bright white lines. I agree with one of the comments on the picture, it would look great as a poster. Also, look at the middle for 60 seconds without moving, then quickly look at a blank wall. Cool, huh?
9.
[link] - The faded colors and costume design on this one grabbed me. The speckling is reminiscent of both magic-saturated air and a sandstorm, giving it a sort of dramatic feel of rising elemental power. The glowing eyes and flaming paw are a more obvious clue to this theme. I like the earthy coloring, but I think I would have preferred a bit more balancing green in the image.
[link] - A smooth digital anthro portrait with fantasy overtones. Simple in concept, yet nice to look at. I'm a fan of the heavy contrast and warm evening colors. (The anatomy isn't bad either.)
[link] - A slightly Disney-styled classic battle scene, a split-second before the explosive action starts. Good versus evil. WHO WILL PREVAIL? DUN DUNNN. Oh, and I like the mocking face of the dog on the left. Such a classic bad guy look.
10.
[link] - This one's my favorite out of her gallery. Everything is choked and dark and dirty, with just enough detail, and the palette is so perfectly confined. The composition and the proximity to the character create a fitting image for the title "Dead End". It all just has a great feel of being cornered by a zombie or vampire after you take a wrong turn.
[link] - She almost looks innocent. Almost. Nice lighting/coloring on this one, I love how the eyes stand out. And the textures and ambiguous hair/clothes also get a thumbs-up. This looks like an image right out of a storybook.
[link] - Kind of different from the other pictures, haha. A++ for the perfectly balanced summer colors, great close-up shot, and D'AWW what cute widdle kitties

....We're on a BRIDGE, Charlie!
...kay...so where the heck have you been?! I haven't seen you or....well, ANY of you online in MONTHS now. Are you still alive?
Me and Tyler wanted to let you know how freakin' AWESOME your new stuff is looking.
And we also wanted to know if you have heard of "That 1 Guy." He's an awesome musician. If you don't know him...you should.
And Porcupine Tree is awesome.
Jus' sayin.
We miss you.
(tyler's footnote: we just saw that 1 guy open for porcupine tree at the warfield. abby is not random, just tangential)

"You were born an original. Don't die a copy."
Man, I've been meaning to catch you on AIM for the last...gosh I don't know how many months it's been. But we've been having lottttssss of computer/internet problems (just got stuff semi-fixed yesterday), and I've just been going through some stuff as of late...wow. Can't say about Skyler though, hasn't she spoken with you sometime recently?
Aye, if anyone's new art has been awesome it's yours! Damn you're good at human anatomy! And at sharks, haha. Thanks guys.
Yes I've heard of That 1 Guy...never listened to his stuff, though I've been curious. Hah, I can't believe you guys saw Porcupine Tree at the Warfield! Definitely something I want to do sometime, they're pretty good. And Tyler, if I know Abby she is indeed pretty random! (Gotta love tangents too. I'm often guilty of random turns in conversation.)
Much love to ya guys, miss you too. I'll try to catch you later. And I've got a new screen name, DumaVonBass.
Oh and by the way, you can still call me Alex, heh.
